This week, we would like to shift your attention to getting proper fats in your diet, to know when to say yes to the “low-fat” version of a product and when to say yes to the “full-fat” version when grocery shopping. In this article, we are told by Jared Koch (nutritionist) “just because a product is labeled ‘fat-free’ or ‘lowfat’ doesn’t mean it’s healthier or even lower in calories.” You may ask why? Well, the answer is simple as “most lowfat or fat-free foods will have sugar and chemicals to make up for the loss in taste, which renders them poor nutritional choices.

What’s the verdict? Some fats is good for the body!
